How to Create Doctors Scheduling in HIMS

1.    Doctors Scheduling: - In this form we have Time slots, these time slots are useful to fix Doctors Scheduling for the patients.

 Procedure: -

1.    Double click on the Doctors Scheduling form.

2.   Select one Doctor Name. And then we have three slots. Here slots means like shifts.

3.   Click on the Slot1 then set from and to time.

Example: -    Slot1: From: 09:00 AM      TO: 12:00 PM.

                     Slot2: From: 01:00 PM      TO: 04:00 PM.

                     Slot3: From: 05:00 PM      TO: 08:00 PM. 

Here we consider Slot1 means like Morning shift or First shift, Slot2 means like Afternoon shift or Second shift and Slot3 means like Evening shift or Third shift.

4.   Select another Doctor Name, set the three slots to this doctor. And Set the slots to all doctors in your Hospital.

5.   Finally set the Duration. Here the Duration means, This Doctor how much time spends with the patient.

6.   Click on the on the save button.
