Find Patient & Find OP Patient

 Procedure: -

1.    Double click on the Find Patient form.

2.   If you know the UHID then enter the UHID and Click on the search button.

3.   If you don’t know the any one patient detail then you can select the Starts option, when you don’t know his/him name clearly, you know only starting ex: Raviteja You know only Ravi. Then enter the starting name and clicks on search button then the patients list will be appear. You don’t know even starting name also, you know only contain then select the contain option then enter the contain letters and click on the search button then the patients list will be appear. If you select the Equals option then the equal names patients list will be appear.

4.   If you know only Relation name then enter the relation name and press on the search button then the patients list will be appear.

5.   If you want Male Patients list are Female Patients list then select male or female near gender and click on the search button then the patients list will be display.

6.   If you know the phone number then enter the phone number near phone number Field and click on the search button then the patient list will be appear.

7.   If you want certain age Patients then enter the age near age field and choose the option ‘=’ (equal ages), ‘<’ (less than ages) and  ‘>’ (grater than ages) then enter the age and clicks on the search buttons then the patients list will be appear.

8.   If you want to Doctors wise patients list then select any doctor and click on the search button then the patients list will be appear.

9.   If you want to sate or city wise patients list then select any state or city and click on the search button then the patients lists will be appear.
