🔹 Main Fields:

• Location: Select the hospital or branch location.

• Organization Type: Choose the type (e.g., Insurance Company, Corporate).

• Organization: Name of the organization (e.g., CGHS).

• Phone No & Contact Person: Contact details of the organization.

• Address: Where the organization is based.

• Admission Charges / Reg Fee: If the hospital collects any fixed amount for admission or registration.

• Start Date / End Date: The period for which this agreement is active.

• Active Checkbox: Keep it checked if this organisation is currently active.

• Is Referral Letter Required?: Whether the patient needs a referral letter for availing services.

• Referral Letter Type: Select “Both”, “Yes” or “No” as required.

🔹 Priority Section:

Here you set tariff priority – which rate to apply first.

For example:

1. CGHS Tariff (1st Priority)

2. CARE Tariff (2nd Priority)

3. Default Tariff (3rd Priority)

This helps the billing system decide which rates to apply if a patient belongs to multiple categories.

🔹 Module-wise Settings (Right Side):

Here you assign services (modules) like:

• OP (Outpatient)

• IP (Inpatient)

• Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Day Care

For each module, you can set:

• Credit Facility: If bills are sent to the organization instead of the patient.

• Credit Limit: Max credit allowed.

• Discount (%): Any discount the patient gets under that scheme.

• Add: To add Priority or Module details.

• Update: To save all changes.

• Trash Icon (🗑): To remove a row.
